Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated or displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, shipping method, product availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Eternal Beauty Supplies is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines may be subject to the carrier's operations.

Any applicable international duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Flat-rate shipping applies to standard eligible orders. Oversized, unusually heavy, remote-destination or special-handling orders may require an additional shipping quote. Applicable duties, brokerage fees, import charges and taxes for United States shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.

Furniture, Equipment and Laser Shipping

Furniture, professional equipment, laser devices and other oversized orders are not eligible for standard flat-rate parcel shipping. These items are transported using domestic or international freight and trucking services.

Customers must contact an Eternal Beauty customer service representative to arrange delivery and receive a personalized freight quote.

Estimated Freight Charges

• Domestic trucking within Canada: Starting at approximately $250 CAD from the warehouse to the customer’s storefront.
• International trucking to the United States: Starting at approximately $650 CAD.
• Large salon orders: Orders containing multiple units of furniture, equipment or laser devices may range from approximately $1,500 to $3,000 CAD for freight delivery.

These amounts are estimates only. Final charges depend on the size and weight of the shipment, number of pallets, delivery distance, destination accessibility and additional services such as liftgate, appointment or inside delivery.
