Reiki is a form of alternative medicine known as energy healing. Practitioners use a technique called palm healing, or hands-on healing, through which universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client to encourage emotional or physical healing. This course takes you through both the history and the practical art of delivering it.
